Hospitalized for 4 days....

    So as I sat in the hospital for 4 days all I could think about was getting better and being able to get home to my family. I sat in a bed with an iv and a monitor hooked up to me just looking at the same 3 walls all day long. Let's start with me telling you how I ended up there in the first place.

    I woke up Thursday morning feeling fine. I have been having back pain for about a month and a half now and have been told it was just the baby sitting on the back of my spine. Well Thursday everything felt fine until about 9am (I got up at 6am) well I started feeling really dizzy and my back pain increased tremendously. At about 10am I started vomiting, shaking uncontrollably, had a massive head ache, and could barely breath. I called my husband at work and told him I needed to go to the hospital cause something was really wrong. I have a bad immune system so he thought I might just be overreacting and have the flu since I have been having pain for about a month and a half and have been told, it's the baby on my spine, I'm dehydrated, I have a cold, and a few other random things. Well turns out the whole time I had a kidney stone lodged in my ureters which caused me to have a serious kidney infection. When I arrived at the hospital they admitted me after about an hour of running a few test my kidneys had started to shut down because of how infected they had gotten. Dr. "N" had me on an iv and about 6 different medicine and monitored me until this morning. I had to go 24 hours without a fever before I could go home. While there my fever got up to 105 the babies pulse got down to 100 and he was being closely monitored but when my fever broke his pulse went back up to 140. I was scared for a while but everything is OK now. The kidney stone is broken up into smaller pieces and I have passed some of it and the pain has decreased a ton! I had chest pain too and have a minor lung infection but nothing serious.

    I was finally able to eat this morning after not eating since Wednesday! I was so hungry but had been so sick I couldn't keep anything down. The baby is doing just fine and I am feeling a lot better I had to cancel 3 sessions this weekend and my sons 2nd birthday pictures so I was super bummed! I hate having to cancel! I've been told to take it easy so I am planning on doing so but I need to catch up on a lot of sessions now so I will be sending out emails to anyone who emailed me while I was in the hospital and the sessions I had to cancel over the weekend. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused for anyone but I really didn't want it to happen either! I just wanted to keep everyone updated with what exactly was going on.
